Pros

The product is good and improving features.

Cons

As a longtime employee, the workload went from hard to impossible and worse. There is no work-life balance. It's normalized chaos with a pretty spreadsheet that changes from moment to moment. Everything is last second without any warning. The hours are unpredictable and long. The pay is so-so but not worth the effort put in. Management and communication are terrible. It's become the worst toxic work environment I've seen. Unsustainable bullying style.

Completely remote work. That's about the only pro.

Let's start with the IT department. A ticket goes in and it's easily ignored for 24 hours. And when you do get a response from IT it will take days, weeks for a computer issue to get resolved. All while your boss and clients are breathing down your neck to meet a deadline but you can't because IT won't fix your computer problems. How the IT department at Circana hasn't completely gotten fired and replaced is beyond me. We hear constantly from senior leadership - speed! Efficiency! - yet can't do that when computers don't work. The work itself: Mind numbingly boring. Circana tries desperately to be consultative and provide insights but they are so far from doing so. Impossible to make any kind of meaningful changes at the company b/c the culture is so slow and plodding. Constant org changes by a bunch of higher-ups who don't know what they are doing. Justify the changes with slogans and phrases but has zero understanding of how these org changes actually will work. Oh -- good luck Circana keeping employees when you don't provide even the basic cost of living increases.
