Agile competitors are outpacing our ability for fast, predictive power. Increasingly clients just want the data for use in more cutting edge analytic platforms, or their own internal modeling. A lot of time is now spent policing client use of data. Also, there is clear focus on throttling down client facing talent and offshoring operational tasks. Senior client staff job scope, continues to expand as they absorb many accounting/finance/HR/operational tasks (without compensation).
