Most existing employees at Circet USA have a strong work ethic and a drive to grow company culture and morale.

* Exposure to a growing organization with ambitious goals.
* Talented technical employees.
Cons
I joined Circet USA because I was genuinely excited about the opportunity to help build and mature their IT Service Desk organization. I left a stable management position to contribute to what I believed would be a long-term strategic initiative involving ITSM, service desk transformation, and operational planning.
During my time there, I worked on developing service desk strategy, governance, SLA models, and planning for future growth. Unfortunately, my employment ended unexpectedly without any prior performance discussions, coaching, or clear explanation. Even my contracting firm was unable to provide a specific reason for the decision, which made the experience particularly disappointing.
One aspect of the culture that concerned me was witnessing an employee refer to a coworker as "autistic" in a derogatory way during a meeting. Rather than addressing the comment or reinforcing respectful workplace expectations, leadership laughed and allowed the conversation to continue. That moment left a lasting impression regarding the team's culture and professionalism.
There are talented people within the organization, and the company has significant potential. However, I would encourage leadership to invest more in transparent communication, respectful workplace standards, and providing employees with constructive feedback before making employment decisions.
* Limited communication regarding performance expectations.
* Leadership could improve transparency and consistency.
* Workplace professionalism and accountability need strengthening.
