Pros

offers flexibility BCBAs are super knowledgeable and make themselves available kids are fantastic...of course!

Cons

-extreme unprofessionalism (passivity, gossip, poor professional boundaries) -unorganized, clients would not be added to the schedule until a minute before therapist would be billing -poor supervision program-->RUN if you want to become a BCBA and need supervision program. They only offer 12 hours of supervision for every 40 hours -no consistent follow through with upholding rules (late call offs or no call no shows) -training is not comprehensive and thrown right into it -no additional training for new clients. handed BIP and expected to run programming as their seasoned or typical therapist would. -telehealth is majority of supervison -communication is almost nonexistent -corporate is not supportive and claims that the COD cares too much about RBTs

Pros

Very rewarding to watch the clients learn new skills

Cons

Operations direct talks negatively about clients and rbts to other rbts causing lots of tension and issues. Even though she says it’s a “drama free workplace” even though she’s the one causing it
