Very rewarding to watch the clients learn new skills

Cons

Operations direct talks negatively about clients and rbts to other rbts causing lots of tension and issues. Even though she says it’s a “drama free workplace” even though she’s the one causing it

Collaboration between ops and clinical could be better, not in a hurry to fix things that are broken/need replaced, hire hire hire even when there are no clients to give them/turn over
