Very rewarding to watch the clients learn new skills

Cons

Operations direct talks negatively about clients and rbts to other rbts causing lots of tension and issues. Even though she says it’s a “drama free workplace” even though she’s the one causing it

Technically the policies allow BCBAs opportunity for flexibility and work/life balance

Cons

If you’re a BCBA that is very ambitious and cares about your own growth, your client success and meaningful outcomes, skill development of your supervisees, and change the world with ABA, you will be very frustrated and burn out
