Pros

Hanna the supervisor is a very professional and kind hearted person . Everyone works hard as a team and has fun while doing it. The facility is clean and well kept . The pay is fair and the kids are awesome!!!!

Cons

Does not guarantee you hours. If your kid is out then you are out unless someone else needs to be covered . Most centers are like this .

Very rewarding to watch the clients learn new skills

Cons

Operations direct talks negatively about clients and rbts to other rbts causing lots of tension and issues. Even though she says it’s a “drama free workplace” even though she’s the one causing it
