My experience too, as many of the other reviews have clearly stated, director of operations IS the problem. Being an unkind human and intimidation is their/her tactic it seems. This causes so much stress on our COD and trickles down to the BcBAs to the Rbts and all the way to our children that we service. I have seen great coworkers feel defeated day after day. I have seen awesome RBTs made to feel not valued or effective. I have seen trainees frustrated with lack of proper training. I am BAFFLED by looking at all the other reviews and also my own experience, that upper management has not been addressed and/or changes made. I have never seen a turnover rate so high as I have in this center. Not because of our group as a whole center, but from poor training and no support from Director of Operation and on up. With out a doubt, if changes aren’t made, and we aren’t being heard, this company will fail with a doubt. A stressful environment where everyone is uneasy can only devalue the therapy we provide. #dobetterCCABA #newIndianaDOO
