Expecting them to write notes while still with the client, before the session even ends, to avoid paying them after their client has left and the session is over. Many employees are nowhere near receiving the 30 hours a week, to be considered full time. Lack of communication is at an all time high. I've heard about things we were expected to do through overhearing conversations between two RBT's and not being directly told by the director. I was supposed to receive a badge so I can scan to get in the building, tshirts, and a locker, once I passed my RBT exam, I passed my test months ago, and still have no word on when I'll be getting those...
