We take your concerns seriously. Teams need technically credible leadership, clear direction and consistent behaviours. When leaders minimise concerns, rely on distraction instead of guidance, or allow toxicity to persist, they lower morale, reduce productivity, and erode trust. We do not accept that as “normal,” and we expect leaders to address issues, not deflect them.
We recognise that listening to feedback is only meaningful if it leads to action. Ensuring concerns are taken seriously, decisions are well‑informed, and progression is based on merit are all critical to maintaining trust and psychological safety within our teams. Where this has not been the experience, we know there is work to do.
