The 2021 strategy announced by the CEO and the Cirium Leadership Team at the beginning of the year is being transformed into concrete plans and objectives for the teams. All employees need to ensure their objectives are aligned and have measures of success. Please speak with your line manager about this. We are additionally grateful for the feedback around campaign planning and silos you are observing within the business.
