With women leading both our Technology and Data functions we are incredibly proud of the diversity within our business. In July, we formally launched Cirium’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy which will continue to embed how we recognize, develop and invest in our culture so everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.
In addition, over the last few years, Cirium has embedded a generous family leave policy, our maternity/paternity mentorship scheme and launched our Women’s Empowerment Network.
