Pros

The product is very cool. Flight training is offered but there is a waiting list, a very long waiting list.

Cons

The IT department is run by Michelle Roemer who lacks industry knowledge. Most solutions are being implemented by outside contractors yet support is being done by a small handful of internal employees who's titles don't match their job duties. Redundant system (2 CRMs, 3 separate ticketing systems, 4 CMSs.) Outdated software (ERP system that is so old the vendor gave up the source code in lieu of continued support.) Lack of advancement potential (there are 3 directors that manage everyone, no other hierarchy in place currently.) Lack of structure (currently planning a department restructure that is unlike anything I have seen before, quite honestly I am not sure where the idea for this "new" structure came from, it will absolutely solve none of the issues I am describing here and just proves Michelle's lack of knowledge.) Solutions are over complicated and being released unfinished. Also being misrepresented as complete to the rest of the company. Lack of process, documentation and overall organization. Department is completely reactionary and lacks direction and vision. DO NOT TAKE A SALESFORCE POSITION AT THIS COMPANY IF YOU INTERVIEW WITH MICHELLE ROEMER SHE WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SALESFORCE PLATFORM!! "If someone had told me this information before I was hired here I would have never left my old company!". Please don't be another one of us who says these words, currently 5 and counting.....

Pros

My boss was great. He understood that family comes before work.

Cons

Production can be demanding. Since it’s a business, the numbers are very important.
