Dear Colleague, thanks for taking the time to provide a review. I agree, we do have great people at Citco and try to create a culture and environment that makes working here fun , even though the working hours can be onerous at certain times of the month or year. Such is our industry. We continuously review our comp and bens in the local market to ensure that we remain competitive and fair and hope despite your comments that you agree that Citco adopts a very fair approach to compensation. There were some changes at your location last year that unfortunately resulted in work being migrated elsewhere. The HR team and management worked hard to minimise any personal impact as much as possible and thankfully most people were satisfied with the outcome. I welcome your comments on transparency. Good advice! We can certainly try to be more open and regular in our communications and business updates. I will make sure this feedback is received by your local management team.
