9yDear reviewer, thank you for your feedback. We see all feedback as an opportunity to improve and so although it's disappointing to read some of your comments, I think your advice to management is something we can really take on board. Communication and engagement are two areas that we are currently working on to improve. Meanwhile, if you have recommendations on how management can engage better with their teams , please feel free to make suggestions to your own manager or to HR.
