-Generally very helpful and friendly teammates -Starting pay and contract conditions are very fair

Cons

-Depending on team and managers, workload varies per team. -OT discrepancies between team is very obvious sometimes. -Politics starts if you attempt to stay and climb up the ranks

There are undoubtedly times when working hours can be excessive, and we recognise this as a common trait in our industry, but one that we need to be mindful of as we endeavour to protect Citco's commitment to the health & well-being of our people, and respecting their work life balance. Thanks for the feedback about monitoring the balance of OT across teams to ensure that no one team is overly burdened. That's definitely advice that we will take on board.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
