Fund Accountant - Fund Accountant Citco Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While it is great to hear you mention positives around the benefits and office, it is very disappointing to read this review as this is not the Citco that I recognise. We have recently launched a process to make it easier for employees to move within the organisation, as a direct result of feedback we received through our engagement survey. We do recognise that due the client focussed nature of our business the hours are sometimes longer than we would like so we are working hard to facilitate flexibility where possible to promote and support a healthy worklife balance. We have recently launched a programme to promote flexible work arrangements for employees. Again, this was a result of the feedback received from employees so I do thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and we will continue to take all feedback on board to develop.
