We do invest significantly in training and development of our employees. We understand that the client-focused nature of our business does sometimes lead to longer working hours than we would otherwise like. We have been transparent in communicating on this subject with our employees and we hope to be supportive of your work and personal commitments, and your health and wellbeing. We are currently in the transition phase with rapid expansion plans, we understand our employees are putting in additional efforts at this point in time.
