Good Entry Level Job, No Long-Term Future - Vice President Finance Citco Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback. Within Citco Canada we have over 1300 employees. Of those 1300 employees 20% are over the age of 40, and over 40% are over the age of 30. I agree that Citco is a great place to start your career, but we also have a lot of employees who have started their career at Citco and are now in Supervisor and Manager positions. We are always looking for ways to ensure that we keep top talent within Citco which is why we invest a lot of resources into our training and development programs such as a Tuition Reimbursement Program which helps support employees who are pursuing a relevant designation such as the CPA or CFA.
