Fair amount of social events and relatively young crowd at the office.

Cons

Depends on the team you get into, but my experience with Citco was unpleasant. Salaries are well below market and not sure if there's much space for career advancement. Mediocre benefits compared to what's on the market, for example, if you want to have your tuition reimbursed for CFA/CPA, you'd have to stay with the company for 3 years and more, otherwise, you would need to pay back portion of the reimbursement when you leave the company.

Thank you for your review. I was surprised to read your comments regarding our benefit offerings. Citco prides themselves on providing all of their team members with a competitive total rewards package. For clarity, we do reimburse for CFA/CPA programs. Every employee is eligible for $3000 annually to put towards their professional development. Like most Company's, in the event you were to leave the Company within 2 years you would be required to pay back a pro-rated amount of the tuition. We also recognize that base salary is important which is why we are committed to reviewing our salary bands annually to ensure we are competitive within the market. We appreciate your time.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
