* No year end bonuses and the annual salary increase is also minimal after the first year. * career growth/ promotion is tough and varies greatly on which client/ team one is on. * Sometimes getting the feeling of being undervalued as no noticeable/ tangible appreciation from employer.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
