Thank you for taking out time to leave a review. It's good to see so many positives like compensation, bonus, infrastructure and most importantly people in the organization. We acknowledge that our industry is one which has long working hours on certain days of the months. The long working hours are also due to ongoing migrations, knowledge transfer, work from home environment (internet and power issues). The management is taking steps to bump up hiring and training of new hires to mitigate this. And we hope to soon move to regular working hours. We also encourage employees to take mandatory vacation leave and also organize various programs for their mental and physical wellbeing. Thank you for the feedback once again.
