Great people, long hours - Operations Analyst Citco Employee Review

Thank you for your review. We agree that its the people we work with that makes a job a lot more fun. We really strive to ensure that employees have a work/life balance, and we recognize that it has been hard working remotely and trying to step away from our computers. Even though overtime may be needed, we do encourage employees to get outside, and take much needed breaks during the day. Being able to step away for a bit and come back to your work is great for your mental health and well being. We wish you the best in your new endeavours.
