Thank you for the comments. We are continuing to hire at full-capacity even during the pandemic to ensure the resources are available and the work is completed for our clients. Given the nature of Citco's business operations, we do know that there are periods of time where there is a high volume of deliverables that does require overtime hours to be worked. Our internal processes ensure business leaders have the tools and information to help manage this via team allocations and resourcing and we'd always encourage any individual to reach out to their direct manager if there are concerns regarding flexibility or hours.
