We understand that sometimes the nature of our business requires employees to have to put in additional hours to meet client deliverables; we have been working diligently to ensure that our employees have some flexibility that we are working 100% remotely. We have taking measures like hiring, training and relooking at migration timelines to ensure we reach steady state at the earliest. It is unfortunate that you felt the need to express some negative sentiment around the management.
