We have been working diligently to ensure that our employees have some flexibility that we are working 100% remotely. We run various wellbeing programs and other initiatives regularly to enhance employee experience. We also offer various learning opportunities through Linkedin and Gartner to ensure overall development of our employees. We have also launched Employee Assistance Program to help our employees cope up in this pandemic situation. The program provides:
• Emotional support – Telephonic or face-to-face sessions with master’s level clinical counselors
• Mindfulness coaching – Sessions with a certified coach to equip participants to increase resiliency, wellbeing, and focus
• Life coaching – Managing change & transitions, time management & organization, career development, work-life balance and personal development
• Wellness & Health coaching – How to set realistic goals by focusing on sleep, nutrition, physical activity, or tobacco cessation
• Practical referrals – Legal, financial, child or elder care, recreation or travel, housing, etc.
