No Work-Life Balance - Senior Vice President Citco Employee Review

Pros

Pays well enough, but you will have to work insane hours, so if you are a manager who does not get overtime, your staff may make more than you.

Cons

It's basically a workshop with 18 hr days and weekend work not that uncommon. Company is only client focused with little regard for employees.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the overtime in some groups and continue to work with our management to address and provide more work/life balance. We always encourage our employees to connect in with their managers if they are interested in an internal opportunity. We really appreciate the comments.

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
