My colleagues/peers are great and so supportive it’s a real team effort to keep our heads above water

Cons

Management do not listen - pile on the work even though the work load is not manageable. Not doing overtime is frowned upon No recognition and no reward for hard work which is soul destroying especially during the pandemic No contribution made to working from home expenses Employees expected to use their own personal mobile phones for work with no contribution made to their wear and tear Work calls have to be paid by the employee and expended back in an arduous procedure Used to be a great place to work but it’s like the company is being run on a shoe string now - scrimping and saving No cover in the department for those on maternity leave Communication is poor from management

We are aware of the overtime in some groups, and have been working with our management team to ensure there is a healthy work/life balance. It is important that people feel that they are rewarded fairly for what they do. We regularly benchmark to ensure that we remain competitive within our industry and regions. Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
