Thank you for the feedback. It is disappointing to read your comments. We have actually continuously been in migrations and have doubled our headcount in the last one year. As we are currently in the transition phase, we understand our employees are putting in additional efforts at this point in time. We expect the work to stabilize as we reach a steady state. The work hours have also seem to increase due to network and power outage issues in current work from home situation. Please be aware, Management is actively looking at the workload, working hours and resources to bring more balance to that ratio. We will continue to review and assess how Citco can provide and support a positive work / life balance for all our employees while also balancing the needs of our clients. We see all feedback as an opportunity to improve. We would also encourage you to explore more internal communication channels available to you to address your specific concerns.
