We regularly benchmark to ensure that we remain competitive within our industry and regions as it important that people feel that they are rewarded fairly for what they do. We also understand that there are times during the year in which our staff work longer hours than we would like due to client deliverables. We acknowledge the importance of a healthy work life balance and the time an individual needs between time allocated for work and other aspects of life. Wishing you all the best
