Its like a cult organisation, verbal bullying, underhand agenda causes many to be suspicious on whether those actions were intentional, unexplainable unfair treatment because you would not manage to justify it due to hybrid work model, uses sarcastic languages and being manipulative, everyone knows but no one dares to point out the truth because you would lose your job or even if the truth is revealed no one would agree, colleagues are prevented from interacting with one another, condemn employees and uses charisma during meetings to cover up manipulative traits, toxic and unethical behaviours are encouraged for higher chances of promotion, would not be bothered about the skillset and work because the requirements are minimal, all you need is support from colleagues because it works exactly like a gang.
