The unattainable goals brought weekly for a community that cannot reach that high week after week. The high driven sales force is brought with high pressure, stress, micro managing, and constant paper work from upper management to ensure your attaining the goals. If the traffic of customers is not in the bank for the potential of sales goals to be met then you are on the phone calling customers at all opportune times to meet whatever goal(s) is needed for the week/quarter.
