Poorly managed - Banker Citizens Employee Review

Poorly managed. Need new regional manager. Have worked at 3 branches in the same region and all have the same issue, which is that the regional manager is poorly managing the branches. I have only seen her in person maybe 3/4 times the entire 2 years I’ve worked for the company. The company is constantly moving and eliminating positions which is inconvenient for individuals with children. No one in upper management takes consideration for branch level employees personal lives. This company is entirely WEALTH focused. They do not care about the needs of upper or lower class individuals. They target wealthy individuals. Any promotion they will offer will require 25,000 from another financial intuition. Truly the only plus side of this company is the BRANCH colleagues and I stress the word branch because upper management and the back office was completely worthless. The branch colleagues were family but that’s it.
