Pros

In my time here at Citizens, I have found that the positives outweigh the negatives. I began my journey as a universal banker and quickly moved up the ranks to assistant manager and eventually branch manager. Pursuing professional growth was a priority for me, and I attribute much of my success to the guidance and support of my managers, who also served as mentors. They equipped me with the necessary tools and direction to progress. The drawbacks, however, are largely subjective. I tend to maintain a positive perspective, which has allowed me to cultivate strong relationships, prioritize customer satisfaction, and thrive in my career. Throughout my experience at Citizens, I have been honored as a Credo Winner, an influencer, and a Colleague Certified professional - a trusted resource among my colleagues. Were it not for the opportunities presented by this organization and the backing of my manager, my achievements would not have been possible.

Cons

Technology remains a persistent challenge. While there have been reports of investments being directed towards technology upgrades, unfortunately, these efforts do not quite measure up to those of our competitors.

Pros

The pros are the benefits, the pay could be higher for all that you learn and have to go through for ten weeks. They offer tuition assistance and opportunity for upskilling and advancing in such little time and the remote flexibility is great too

Cons

Management sucks and of course they have their favorites and then they have the people they target like myself. They micromanage bad and are quick to give you an occurrence for nothing. Their systems are so slow and then they blame you for being five ten minutes late logging in. They want you to tell them when you get up to breathe, go to the bathroom and they push for you to take calls and know boatloads of info after on 3 weeks of training. What they don’t know is that I will sue for any wrong doings or discrimination and I keep records of everything
