Pros
None to speak of; this place was traumatizing.
Cons
Two rounds of layoffs within three years; an illegal onboarding clause forbidding workers from sharing their bonus amounts; HR loves to start conversations with “this isn’t retaliation” right before what feels like them retaliating; goal posts change constantly; benefits disappear; health insurance is practically useless outside of their Kansas office; I experienced misogyny, burnout, wage theft, and ableism with no assistance from management or HR when I reported these things; and even state jobs with similar skill overlap pay significantly more with better health insurance and retirement options. If you have to work here? Document everything because this place is long overdue for both unionization and an investigation from the EEOC, and get out the moment you can find a job elsewhere. This company acts angry that they have to pay you for your work.
