Pros
Great big fancy office with lots of activities. But Beware. This wears off quickly and you realize its a nice way to pull you in and keep it looking like a gold paved road while things go on behind closed doors. The Culture and Values ideas they have are good. But values written on paper do not mean anything when they are not followed.
Cons
HORRIBLE communication between departments. Many upper management individuals not trustworthy. Beware of a "too good to be true" situation. The recruiter tends to really boost up the work by giving fancy names to bad positions and promises that are not kept. I worked hard for this company and at the end of the day The CEO is concerned with his Corvette and his personal community acceptance more then his employees. I would much rather work for a high quality company working out of an attic then a company that has technology below the higher quality competitors yet sells it at their price to pay for that 10 million dollar building. It says something when people that have been there for quite some time jump ship. Remember. Your employer is not your friend. The HR department is there to protect the business. Not you. The CEO is there to make himself money. Not you. Don't be blinded by a fancy building. Look for quality employment elsewhere. SOOO many customer issues. They put fancy numbers out on retention but tend to hide the amount of issues they are having.
