Premiums are expensive and out of pocket max is high for family Not good with estimating Most project managers never answer their phone, bad communication. Only $25 shift premium for working nights which just started this year. Uproot your entire life to work several weeks at night for only $25. Some companies like PRI pay $375 a night shift premium. $25 is nothing. Foreman do more than most foreman in the same field do. More of an assistant superintendent than a foreman. But less pay.
