Pros
Generally flexible with needed time off and leaving early/coming in late. Although I think this depends on the dept you're in.
Cons
Nepotism is out of control. We are our own family tree! It's very obvious that race plays a role around here, if you're not Indian you don't fit in. Tried hard to advance my position and was told IT isn't promoting, the next week 2 people were made directors. It's a joke after a while. Salary increase is no where comparable to the increase in benefits. Bonuses are a joke - the same $$ I've gotten for the past 5 years.
