      Zero...Tries to sell you on the fact that employees have been here for years. Truth of the matter is its a cult and basically, these people that have been there for years could never get a job any where else.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
