Pros

Benefits were okay and decent

Cons

Pay and Management Never understood how people can work there for years. Environment was toxic, managers were horrible, nobody knows anything but want to write you up for productivity that didn't make sense, very high turnover rate, and paid sucked. They found every reason to take your bonuses and messy people snitching about thing that weren't true. They promise growth but that is a joke. Do not apply at this place. The people who rated it 5 stars have no life and love the messy setting.

Thank you for your recent review of our company. MultiPlan embraces a pay for performance based culture which rewards employees for meeting or exceeding performance goals and demonstrating reliable attendance. On average, more than ninety-five percent of eligible Support Associate employees receive a bonus each quarter. Our total benefit and compensation package is very competitive and starting salaries are included in job postings for this position. We encourage those interested in our open positions to review our Careers page at www.multiplan.com for more information on what it's like to be a MultiPlan employee. We are sorry that our culture did not meet your needs and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Overall, the people are pleasant.

Cons

Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
