Sr management needs some serious help. All positions from supervisor up require a college degree however if you are liked by the right people they turn a blind eye to that missing requirement. Ultimately it is the company that suffers because Multiplan is being run by a management team that is clueless and grossly undereducated. Don’t let the ratings fool you. The 4 and 5 stars you see are all upper management harping on how amazing upper management is. Well tooting you’re own horn doesn’t make it so. If they had the required education from very top down Multiplan would operate much more efficiently and effectively. There would be no need for leading by threats of write ups and loss of bonuses. Everyone could successfully do their own jobs without micromanaging others. And people would get credit where credit is due rather that upper management taking credit for the wins and pushing blame off on those under them to cover their own discrepancies and failures.
