      Pros

      Great environment and employees. Even though you work from home and not face to face you feel like you are in an office. Very supportive staff and the provide all the tools and resources for you be successful. I was able to promote to my new positions within 2 months of my employement.

      Overall, the people are pleasant.

      Cons

      Claritev would be a great place to work if they had an effective Human Resources function to support its employees and business function. As a result of very poor HR leadership, this company will continue to suffer a lack of integrity. When they don't know something rather than take the time to figure out the right way to do things, they just wing it regardless of how it impacts others and this approach is actually rewarded
