Pros
Even with the recent executive changes, core values at Multiplan still remains the same. There are many employees going above and beyond, which makes the company worthwhile to stay and in a part of an organization. Recent move from the IT side to modernize technology is exciting and much needed change for the company.
Cons
Some coworkers exhibit behaviors that can create a challenging or negative work environment, occasionally targeting individuals or even the team as a whole. I hope upper management can address this by guiding these employees toward more professional and collaborative conduct.
