Pros

Your paycheck shows up. You can read fake Glassdoor reviews when you need a good laugh.

Cons

Leaders at Clarivate and HR leaders are embarrassing and take 0 responsibility for anything, including our low stock price. Clarivate pays 0 in US taxes on 2.5 billion in revenue. All projects and initiatives main goal is to reduce headcount. Presidents at the company have a 1.8 million severance package and It would still be worth it to fire all of them especially Henry Levy and all of the HR department. The leaders at Clarivate ignore the facts and truth about what they do constantly and are less honest than Fox News. Leaders continue to rake in millions in pay yearly while moving as many as positions as possible to India and other extremely low cost regions of the world. 3 regions of the company and they all operate independently with there own rules which means if you are looking at a position in LS&H under the clown named Henry Levy know his area is the worst. Henry Levy ties the hand of leaders reporting to him by applying guidelines that make the experience of his team members worse than the other areas. You will never receive a full bonus do not let a recruiter lie to you, it hasn't been paid out more than half in my time here. 0 growth opportunities at Clarivate. H-1 visas have been used at Clarivate to control pay. They happily hired visas in the US even though there are 0 positions that should have qualified to even allow for these hires, as they are not experts or doing anything that a fresh college graduate could have achieved. But it is easier to pay visas less and expect loyalty because of the difficulty these visas have with changing companies. Clarivate has blood on its hands as it continues to support Israel and pay the leaders from these regions millions of dollars as well as establishing hundreds of thousands of dollars in slush funds to help "support" Israel team members as Palestine faces a genocide. The culture at Clarivate the rises above all others is Fear. Fear you will lose you job any given day. Fear the people you work with will be randomly laid off. Fear that the below market pay offered by Clarivate will negatively impact your family and communities. There is 0 reason to take a job at Clarivate other than you are currently unemployed and do not care about your mental health. There are old technologies and you will become stagnant in career growth. Leaders here are puppets who would do anything they had to to continue there pay as they spin there disaster as a positive. Absolutely 100% a garbage place to work at with even more garbage HR and leaders. I won't even put my position or location in this review, because the culture of FEAR is real.

Pros

Opportunity to work with talented colleagues across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Flexible work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance for many teams. Complex, global business challenges that provide opportunities to develop operational, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills. Exposure to enterprise transformation, AI, digital modernization, and large-scale operational initiatives. Collaborative teams with many dedicated employees who genuinely care about customers and each other. Ability to work with highly educated professionals across multiple disciplines and industries.

Cons

Organizational complexity and frequent restructuring can make decision-making slower than necessary. Roles, ownership, and priorities are not always clearly defined, which can create duplication of effort and reduce execution speed. Cross-functional collaboration varies significantly across organizations and often depends on individual leaders rather than consistent operating practices. Communication during organizational change could be more transparent and timely. Career progression can be challenging in certain parts of the organization due to ongoing structural changes. Continued investment in leadership alignment and organizational simplification would improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
