A major concern is the gap between the company’s stated policies and the actual work culture. On paper, the organization promotes a balanced environment with 6-hour workdays, weekends off, and hybrid work options. However, in practice, the workload and expectations often extend beyond these boundaries. Deadlines are sometimes structured in a way that indirectly requires working on weekends, even if it is not explicitly communicated. Work-from-home days can be particularly demanding, with no clear boundaries for logging off. Managers may reach out late in the evening, and there can be limited consideration for employees’ personal time or circumstances. Overall, the environment can feel demanding and, at times, difficult to navigate.
