Flexible working hours, which provide convenient working Offices situated centrally in London Good employee benefits especially pension scheme, which company contributes

Cons

There is no scope for developing as an employee and lack of recognition for doing well. Gossip is strife and the people are very fake, which makes it a unpleasant work environment. Office politics is everywhere and the company is always looking to cost save with managers who micro manage. There are also too many managers and cost savings could actually be made if this was rectified. The pay is not is not the best.
