good coworkers and a free shuttle from Jefferson station

This place is extremely toxic. Please do not accept a sales job here!! They will promise you SO much!!! I even got a promotion without ANY increase in pay. Upper management will do whatever it takes to make you miserable. The entire sales team is below 20% to goal. Yet management constantly wants you to come up with plans to exceed it. There is one manager here who is extremely toxic to the environment. Office culture is miserable. No fun work events and no rewards or even any fun. It's truly depressing here. The sales side is QUIET!!!!!! It's pretty odd. then again, everyone is not even halfway to goal for the year. Travel is forced by upper management. No strategy and no plan just travel and be out there meeting customers. Can not wait to get out!!!!

We recently announced all of our sales recognition programs along with specific quarterly bonus programs for sales to overachieve their target earnings. Exposure to enterprise transformation, AI, digital modernization, and large-scale operational initiatives. Collaborative teams with many dedicated employees who genuinely care about customers and each other. Ability to work with highly educated professionals across multiple disciplines and industries.

Cons

Organizational complexity and frequent restructuring can make decision-making slower than necessary. Roles, ownership, and priorities are not always clearly defined, which can create duplication of effort and reduce execution speed. Cross-functional collaboration varies significantly across organizations and often depends on individual leaders rather than consistent operating practices. Communication during organizational change could be more transparent and timely. Career progression can be challenging in certain parts of the organization due to ongoing structural changes. Continued investment in leadership alignment and organizational simplification would improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
