All local leadership was replaced with remote leaders who are based in London; no management skills, often creating toxic work atmosphere, some people are preferred, others continuously dismissed or ignored. Typical nepotism, consistent criticism with no motivating attitude. Consequence will be more talented, knowledgeable people leaving. It is a shame that leadership cannot capitalize on so much experience and talent and is focused only on self-promotion.
