Pros
-Some smart, good people still work there (but dwindling) -Interesting work at times
Cons
-Performative DEI, especially bad for those with a disability (be prepared to be met with resistance for any accommodation request or even if simply providing feedback). If I could give a negative score here, I would. -Senior management and leaders scapegoat those at a lower level -Unstable for US employees- if you are paid fair market value, you'll be targeted with different, unachievable, and often vague standards that you'll burn out trying to achieve -Employees who are too forthright with issues, even when asked for that feedback, will be retaliated against -Too much work with no flexibility and no help -- long-term -No accountability for VP level and above with employees subject to toxic senior leadership behavior and then blamed, gaslighted, and pushed out
