Bad work environment all around. Administration/Management is incompetent, unprofessional and retaliatory. bureaucracy, dirty politics, nepotism, vindictive behavior not only staff but Admin....No fair treatment across the board but favortism/nepotism.The ESEA union for support staff is horrible and have connections w/CCSD management-not on your side they set you up to fail. This district has alot of $$ that goes to the wrong purchasing and distributing. Accessive overspending and then want the tax payers to foot the bill for all their luxury purchases for their admin/management.
